The Bank of Canada's Monetary Policy Report was just released, predicting that Canada’s housing market correction will continue well into 2023, stabilizing within 6-8 quarters.

While Canada’s real estate market is set to continue its decline into 2023, the Bank of Canada does predict it will eventually stabilize later in their ‘projection horizon’ or between 6-8 quarters.

The Bank does not that there are risks that the market could continue to worsen if Canadians sentiment declines, which could result in a problem accessing credit and a reduction in household wealth.
