In this video, I demonstrate how to run an ANCOVA in SPSS, investigate its assumptions, and interpret the output. The assumptions covered are:
1. Normality of the DV and covariate(s)
2. The IV does not have a significant effect on the covariate(s).
3. DV and covariates are linearly related
4. Homogeneity of regression: the slopes for the DV and covariate are homogenous
5. Homogeneity of variances
