2 weeks it's been since these 5 little chick's hatched out of the eggs.
Oh boy have they grown!
I'd say easy they've tripled in size and vigour.
Here we show them exploring the back yard and speckles Back too. Enjoying their first free graze of the back yard and a lovely dust bath too.
Mumma chook snapped yesterday when we let them out for a graze. She and Speckles were going at it toe for toe.
I put mumma Chook in quarantine then let her out for another chance after seeing her fret about the pen.
Well She got straight back into Speckles, so that's it she's out and Speckles will do the raising from here on in.
