In this video, I will be sharing the 2 different species of pandan leaves from my garden and how I usually extract pandan juice. The method I used is different from others that can maximize most of the juice extracted. In Malaysia, we use pandan for natural food colouring and flavouring in some of our local recipes and I will be sharing with you how to make them as well in separate videos.
