SAFETY NOTICE:
I have done a variety of research and inquiries and there are several other YouTube videos discussing the use of rockwool for the panels. I concluded that it's worth wearing protection whilst handling the insulation and ensuring that it is covered in the final design with the wood and fabric but that it is overall a neutral material and should be safe. There are a huge number of people who have used the same material and the studies comparing its safety to materials like fiberglass and asbestos show that it does not behave the same way as they do and is not a carcinogen. Ultimately I can't say definitively but from what I have found it seems safe. Making sure you have good room ventilation will always help anyway.

Others have suggested looking into denim wool as insulation and or plastic foil to layer between the fabric and the insulation. I have not tried or fully researched these options but feel free to explore these if you wish.

Hopefully more environmentally friendly and eco friendly alternatives continue to develop in the future.

MATERIALS:
I got my wood from the local timber merchant and they have a great price so I would recommend looking around for that in your area.

The you will need high quality screws, a screwdriver, some angle brackets for strength, a staple gun and staples and a mitre saw + an extra pair of hands goes a very long way
