How to Bypass Air Injection Error Code P2440 P2441 P2442 P2443 Code For Tundra 4.7L

Описание: Informational only. Im showing you how I bypassed the P2441 error on my 2007 Tundra 4.7L. The P2441 is my air injection switching valve bank 1. its stuck in the closed position. This bypass override the system checks on cold start up. I found the information to make this bypass on this forum.

Replacement valves were $120-170 each and there are bypass harnesses on the internet ranging from $200-400 that doesn't require you to make any cuts in wiring harness. This method cost me around $30 and I had to cut 1 wire in my MAF harness. This should work for P2440, P2441, P2442, and P2443. Because my switching valve on bank 1 was stuck in the closed position, I didn't have to do anything extra. For valves that are stuck open, you may need to find a way to keep the valves closed. Some of the bypass kits have offer 2 couple covers to go onto your switching valves. Anyway the check engine light is now off for P2441 but the light will still function like normal for any other engine issues. Important note, make sure your resistor is 4.7k ohms. In this video, I accidentally ordered a 4.7 ohms resistor and that won't work. I had to go back and swap out the resistor.
