This is how I build my ABM lists for my LinkedIn Ads agency:
We're best equipped to serve companies already running ads. I could download or purchase a technographics list and check if they have the Insights tag installed.
Then, I'd layer on criteria to fine-tune the list:
👉 Employee count
👉 Industries that we have a team and expertise to serve
👉 Heavy investment in SEO and paid search
👉 Technology used
👉 Marketing channels
👉 Company maturity
