I place a lot of importance on safe spaces. When I begin to work with a new client there are some responsibilities for both myself and my client. One of those responsibilities is that I ensure my office is a space where clients feel safe and comfortable so they can be open and honest with me. And in return, I can be open and honest with them. But what I consider a safe space might not be what you consider a safe space. And that's okay! This video helps to explain how safe spaces work.
