1 oz passion fruit puree

1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

230g sugar
115g water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes
Let rest for a couple hours to clear up and store in airtight container in refrigerator. Will keep 4-6 weeks.
