jet drive propeller homemade testing. I just learned some new things about jet boat drives! Mainly, to get any kind of thrust whatsoever, you need to have a tight fit of the impeller in the housing. otherwise all of the pressure is lost. After finding out a few things about jet drives and how inefficient they are, i feel like going with a inboard electric powered propeller driven system. i think i will still put this motor in my smallest boat, as it will benefit the most from not having my old trolling motor setup. thanks for watching and be sure to check out my facebook@Americanboathead page!
