Описание: Yoga sequence for immune system - Iyengar Yoga immune sequence - In 2009 BKS Iyengar provided us with a specific yoga sequence for the immune system - a sequence of āsanas that help build the immune system in response to the outbreak of swine flu. This was posted on the notice board of RIMYI (the Iyengar Institute in Pune) for students to practice at home while the institute was closed.

This "Immune Sequence" has been shared widely over the last couple of years for obvious reasons and I felt to lead you through it with appropriate use of props.
