■INGREDIENTS■
1) Orange - 3 nos. We will use only 100mL of the total orange juice extracted. But we will utilise all the orange peel shells.
2) Sugar - 90g + 3tbsp more sugar if you want more sweetness.
3) Orange zest - 1tsp
4) Heavy cream - 500mL(It should be dairy cream with 25-30% milk fat content. Do not use non dairy cream. If heavy cream not available, simply replace it with fresh cream.)
5) Vanilla essence - 1tsp
6) Lime juice - 1tbsp
