Yesterday (11/01/2016), I had the privilege of appearing on BBC One, where I spoke about mindfulness, meditation, and mindful eating - and how simple awareness can lead to meaningful change.
This conversation wasn’t about doing more.
It was about noticing more.
How we eat
How we breathe
How we respond rather than react
And how we care for our minds in a fast-paced world
Mindfulness can be woven into everyday life through small moments—pausing before a meal, taking one conscious breath, or checking in with ourselves during a busy day. These moments add up.
Grateful for the opportunity to bring mental wellbeing into the mainstream and continue normalising these conversations.
