The ultimate Subnautica ambience - Inactive Lava Zone.
I have recently played this game and loved everything about it. The Story, Visuals, Gameplay, Music and Sound Design are brilliant.
The world is vibrant and beautiful so naturally there are some areas I just cannot get enough of which has kick started some Subnautica themed ambiences.

There were a few issues when testing the game as an ambience as I found the game mechanics were interrupting the flow. Some of these include some sound elements being too loud, too often or inconsistent as well as too empty in other moments.

Because of this I have edited the audio to be more suited for ambient listening.
I wanted to stay faithful to the game when filling the areas that were too empty for me and used the sounds from the game to layer up my own customised version of the environment. I hope you like it.
