Hello Voyagers! We finally made it to Guatemala!! First stop is the southern beach town of El Paredon. Here, in an off the beaten path town, with around 1500 residents, are some of the most beautiful black sand beaches perfect for travelers and surfers alike!
We had an amazing time at The Driftwood Surfer Hostel (https://thedriftwoodsurfer.net/) YOU CAN ONLY BOOK DIRECTLY ON THEIR WEBSITE
We made friends from Austria: go check them out on Instagram @wohinesgeht, explored the town restaurants, ate fresh seafood as it is a fisherman's town, and took a ride down the river to see the mangroves and spot the sea turtles.
