As glorious, bright and colourful as these nebulae, galaxies and black holes are, the sounds you are hearing are not their actual sounds. In order to enable us to experience these cosmic wonders with our other senses, in this instance, hearing, NASA has performed a process that goes by the name of "sonification".
Sonification is a process in which sound waves are generated based on the brightness and position of the cosmic objects in the image. Brighter light is converted into louder sound and vice versa.
One more important thing to note is that if you were to wander through space and explore these celestial wonders, they would differ greatly from what you are seeing in this video (which is a real bummer). The reason behind that is because these images have been captured by extremely powerful telescopes which capture rays of light that are far beyond the visible spectrum (such as infra-red, x-ray, ultraviolet and so on)
In this video, most of the images are in what is called a "composite" colour palette. A composite image of a nebula is a mixture of every possible version of the image. It is possible to see individual examples by going to the NASA/Chandra links which will be provided below.
