In this video I build the PC, test it with Ollama and Claude Code, and find out if a $400 gaming PC can actually run local AI models in 2026 and whether I made my money back selling it. In the video I am using Gemma 4 locally with Claude Code. I spent two weeks driving around Stockholm hunting used PC parts on Facebook Marketplace to build the cheapest local AI computer possible. I got scammed three times.
