Plane Spotting at Detroit Metro Airport - July 8, 2025

Описание: 30 minutes of afternoon and early evening flight activity. The airport was in South Flow operations. Except as noted below, arrivals weree on Runway 21 Left and departures were on Runway 21 Right.

Bad weather in the Washington, DC area brought an unexpected special guest today. Lufthansa 7K, a Boeing 747-800, diverted from Dulles Airport (IAD) and landed in Detroit. It continued back to Dulles after about 70 minutes on the ground in Detroit.
