Two pair of jeans were transformed into a denim cropped jacket. It's easy to learn step by step. Each measurement can be modified based on your specific need, just make sure you have enough fabric before adjusting/modifying.
The denim crop jacket could be easily matched to pants and long skirts as shown in the end of the video. I think it can be matched to short skirt, too.
