Caitlyn Collins is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Washington University in St. Louis and author of “Making Motherhood Work: How Women Manage Careers and Caregiving” (Princeton University Press, February 2019).
Claudia Goldin is Henry Lee Professor of Economics at Harvard University and author of “Career & Family: Women’s Century-Long Journey toward Equity” (Princeton University Press, October 2021).
