From a humble street vendor at Lorong 27 Geylang in 1958 to an iconic stall that has stood the test of time for over 6 decades, the legacy continues with the 3rd generation at the helm. Meet 77-year-old Uncle Ng, a familiar face who still serves up mouthwatering individual bowls of fish soup and plates of braised duck meat, duck feet, and offal at the stall.
The signature fish soup is a light and clear delight, bursting with a natural sweet flavour and loaded with fresh slices of Batang, tomato, preserved vegetables, and Tung Oh. Paired perfectly with tender cubes of braised duck, it's a hearty meal ideal for brunch and lunch. 🍲🦆
