In this episode, we take delivery of our FP Zero simulator with 3 x 32" screens that has been setup to replicate racing the Caterham Academy spec race car. It obviously does way more than that given the Assetto Corsa software provided, which is extremely realistic and proved very helpful in the lead up to the season opener. I genuinely feel that without this simulator, I would have most certainly been at the very back of the grid. Thank you, James, at FP Zero for organising this sim in such a quick turnaround and not to mention the shipping to Las Vegas, it was a very quick, professional and easy process.

We also head to Castle Combe for the first official Caterham Track Day where all 32 competitors for this year’s Academy enjoyed some much-anticipated track time together, before Sharpie and I needed to head off in time to get to Abacus in Andover to collect our new motorhome.
