The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has reportedly agreed to the hybrid model for cricket tournaments, a model they initially resisted. Lahore is set to be the backup location for finals if India is out of the tournament. The PCB may request their games to be held outside of India when India is hosting ICC tournaments. The PCB's chairman, Mohsin Naqvi, who is also Pakistan's interior minister, is expected to discuss this with the government. The 26th World T20 will be co-hosted by Sri Lanka, India and Sri Lanka, and Pakistan's games could be played in Sri Lanka.
