We are at Nellore in Honey Jujubee Pulp Manufacturing Factory.

Initially this Jujubee Pulp is sold by blending without machines and then packed to sell. Later this is sold on packaging and sold to shops locally. Now using all the current technologies for extracting honey jujubee pulp and packing.

Honey Jujubee Pulp Process:

Jujubee is bought and stored in cool storage which is sufficient for one year. Every month required quantity of Jujubee is to firm. That jujubee is transfered to destore for removing the dust and waste.

Later the destored jujubee is moved to water cleaning for cleaning of left over mud or dust on jujubee. Then the cleaned jujubee is transfered to crusher to make pieces. These jujubee pieces are moved to boiler, to boil and steam for few minutes based on quantity.

Thus prepared pulp is moved to machinery for packing. No preservatives are added. During the jujubee pulp preparation all safety precautions are followed. This jujubee pulp has satisfied all ISO standards and food safety measures. Jujubee pulp is exported all over India.
