In this video we are going to learn about the rule of Izhar Mutlaq ( absolute clearance ) .
Izhar Mutlaq :- happens if noon Sakin is followed by one of Idgam letter ( و - ي ) in the same word then instead of applying Idgam noon Sakin , we have to apply Izhar Mutlaq and make noon Sakin sound clear without any Ghunah .
It happens in four words only in the Quran :-
the word ( الدنيا ) which has been repeated 115 times in the Quran . In this word there’s letter noon sakin followed by letter ( ي ) in the same word , then we have to make noon sakin sound clear .
the second word is ( بنيان ) which has been repeated 6 times in the Quran in surahs ( النحل - التوبة - الصافات - الصف ) .
the word ( صنوان ) which has been repeated 2 times in the Quran in surahs ( الرعد ) .
the word ( قنوان ) which has been mentioned only once in the Quran in Surat ( الأنعام ) .
