After a relentless grind, I ended up going straight from 2:16.82 to 2:16.48 to match the TAS, skipping straight over 2:16.61. This is one of the craziest things I've ever done in this game.
To match the TAS of 2:16.48, you have to get odds of roughly ~1/76, then arrive at 1:30 on the perfect frame (essentially a crapshoot), then land 2 more difficult frame perfect punches under pressure to close the fight. Losing even 1 frame bumps the decimal up to .61. There was a 6 way tie at 2:16.82, and I really can't believe I got the .48.
