A Few Questions to Get You Started:

1. What were you grateful for last year?
2. What lessons did you learn?
3. What would you like to see happen this year?
4. What simple ways can you achieve your goals in 2024?
5. So what did you learn from last year?
6. Did you practice any self care?
7. Were you happy with your relationships, can you improve them somehow?
8. Are you committed to making changes to improve the things that went wrong last year?
9. Any new discoveries about yourself last year?
10. Do you have a WORD for this year?
