Part 10: Wela Volcano Trial & Route 8

Go time! Time we begin the second island trial, Wela Volcano. If you played Pokemon Sun, chances are you know how this goes. In the trial, your objective is to rely on memorization to find out what’s different. Not a hard trial but expect it to be a bit of trouble. At the end, you face off against the Totem Marowak. Unlike regular Marowak, this here is a Fire/Ghost type. If you have a Water Pokemon, it’s a cinch. Be wary because it’s aura boosts its speed up by 2 stages. Having something that can paralyze it can guarantee you a chance.

After completing the trial, we head for Route 8. We take on trainers, meet up with Colress who gives us the TM for Flame Charge and reach where the third and final trial is. We’ll be taking care of that in Part 11.
