This is a very important Act. It impacts, eventually, on all Australians, and it requires thorough examination. This should not be done at the end of years of delay in such a big hurry.
One thing just about all stakeholders do agree on – from environmentalists to developers - is that they do not like what they have seen of this piece of reform.
