Описание: Today I’m making Marshmallow Candy Eggs. These mini candy eggs are very easy to make. They only have three ingredients and they’re perfect for decorating sweet Easter treats.

INGREDIENTS:
185g all-purpose flour
40g cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 large egg
30g sour cream
80g softened butter
80g sugar

Ingredients for garnish:
Melted chocolate
Marshmallow Candy Eggs

Tips to make Bird Nest Cookies:
Before making the cookie dough make sure that all the ingredients are at room temperature.
Line your baking sheet with parchment parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and preheat your oven to 350°F degrees (180°C).
To make the dough you can use a stand mixer or a hand mixer.
Don't skip sifting the dry ingredients.
Don’t skip the chilling time.
To make the vanilla version of these cookies, replace the cocoa powder with the same amount of all-purpose flour and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Use a food grinder attachment or a garlic press to make the nest shaped cookies.
