DIY trek. Solo!
Below was my itinerary:
Day 1: Sagar village to Punar bugyal
Day 2: Punar Bugyal to Rudranath
Day 3: Rudranath to Sagar village
The trek is around 20-22 km and will take a minimum of 2 days to complete. Food and accommodation available at a lot of places, the last being Punar bugyal which is also more or less, the midpoint of the trek.
