Описание: Picardy was apparently a group that was the brainchild of the legendary Jimmy Webb. They had two singles, one of which was written for the movie How Sweet It Is. One side had the title song for the movie, and the other side was Montage, which had several cover versions at the time, including versions by The Nocturnes and Jefferson. This record was a big hit in Cleveland, Ohio, going all the way to #8 on WIXY, during it's 5th week in a run of 8 total weeks on the WIXY charts. WQAM in Miami and WRKO in Boston each charted the single for only six weeks, neither of them having as big of a hit with the song overall. WIXY was also charting the version of this song by The Love Generation at the same time, and you could argue that they had the bigger Ohio hit with it as they also charted it on Cleveland station WKYC for 8 weeks (which did not chart the Picardy version) as well as Akron station WHLO for three weeks (which also did not chart the Picardy version).
