In this video I will be showing you the methods I use to remove paint from midsoles. Keep in mind that the more paint you remove, the cleaner the job will look. When you are finished, you should have a smooth midsole without any awkward bumps.

Blue Painters Tape
Metal File
Cotton Balls
Acetone
Rubber Glove
