Delhi Red Fort blast funding trail for 20 lakhs suspected to link with JeM handler exposed

Описание: In a major development, intelligence agencies uncovered a terror funding trail in Delhi Red Fort car blast. Agencies dug up Rs 20 lakh fund trail linked to three doctors, Umar, Muzammil, and Shaheen, all 3 prime suspects in the Red Fort Blast. On Nov 16, Intelligence sources informed shocking details that the amount is suspected to have been routed by a J-e-M handler through ‘hawala’ network. Out of this 20, Rs 3 lakh is believed to have been spent on purchasing 26 quintals of NPK fertiliser, nitrogen, phosphorus, & potassium-based chemical compound. All these compounds were capable of producing explosives used in the blast. Notably, officials revealed, tensions had reportedly emerged b/w Dr Umar-un-Nabi & Dr Shaheen over the handling of the funds. Sources further added, key lead was obtained from Muzammil, helping investigators piece together the financial links behind conspiracy. Meanwhile, on same day Nov 16, NIA nabbed a key suspect conspirator in Red Fort car blast named Amir Rashid Ali. As per NIA press release, Ali was, a Kashmiri resident was close aide of suicide bomber Umar Un Nabi. Ali arrested by NIA is suspected to have conspired with suicide bomber to carry terror attack in which 10 innocent lost their lives & 32 were left injured.
