Hi!! My name is Jennifer Rose, and I am a Spirituality Coach. I am here to help you find yourself. The Spirit to me, is the person that has been hidden away since you could learn to listen, comprehend, and takep in everything that has ever been said to you or done to you.
My job is to help you heal your mind and get to your heart. The heart is where, you, the person that you truly are…lives. How do I know the way to your heart…to you. Simply, the most direct answer, because I had to travel beyond this world to find my own spirit.
When you look at that statement ‘travel beyond this world.’ You might think, Woah!! How so? Or you already went to the next YouTube channel. If you are still reading, then you are a seeker of your own truth. You are at a point in life where you are just sick of surviving. You want to stop Ground Hog Day and get to the great stuff. I am not here to convince you that I can pull a rabbit out of hat. I am here to tell you from someone that had two rock bottoms; that peace, joy and dealing with all your challenges is not only possible but probable.
The saying goes, you can’t get anything for free and you must work for what you got. Those two statements are never far from the truth of healing your mind and mending your heart. To truly heal, you must make choices and to keep your heart you must stick to those choices. You must be willing to say each day, my peace will not be comprised by someone else’s peace.
I have made these videos to heal, to mend, to discover, to help you dedicate yourself, to inspire, to create, to motivate, to direct, to reiterate, to help, to support, to pass on my knowledge and wisdom, and so much more. Everything that I do is because I was saved from a gun when I was kid, a mountain in my twenties, a suicide contemplation in my thirties, and the most recent head-on collision with truck snowplow. I was saved from ‘something,’ higher than myself during a 2023 Spiritual experience and I got a second chance at having a life. I can say I am proud to be living a life filled with peace, joy and the tools to handle anything that comes to me. I want to return the favor of my saved life, to helping others as much as I can.
My main teaching is the Seven Levels of Being Human, which I got after my spiritual experience to help humanity move from head-thinking to heart-based approach to life. I have my Simple Phases program that combines all my training, my own experience in healing my mind, and my education into comprehensive guide to follow. It is about starting, facing fears, getting honest with yourself, working, and keeping it up each day.
