Step into the cockpit of the F‑104 Starfighter, the supersonic jet NASA used for decades to prepare astronauts for spaceflight. This exclusive civilian training program takes place at the Kennedy Space Center, FL, home to the world’s largest commercially available supersonic fleet.

The Starfighter organization is fully approved to provide flight training on the F‑104. Licensed pilots with at least a private pilot license can participate in this immersive, one‑on‑one, three‑day familiarization and upset‑recovery program:

Training Schedule
Monday: Ground school, aircraft systems, safety procedures, and ejection‑seat training
Tuesday: Final aircraft familiarization + TRA1 flight in dedicated restricted airspace
Wednesday: Backup day (if required)

What's Included
We supply all flight gear—flight suit, helmet, anti‑G suit, gloves, boots, and life jacket—or you may bring your own. During your first flight, you’ll handle roughly 80% of the mission, with the potential for even more depending on your skill and comfort level.
