In this video, we spotlight one of four cute towns in central Florida. When we moved here we got 4 quaint towns for the price of one: Mount Dora, Leesburg, Tavares and Eustis. Today we highlight Eustis and boy, what a charming town it is. The lake side walk is gorgeous with a breathtaking views and plenty of wildlife. There is also the picturesque Ferran Park on the shores of Lake Eustis with a playground, boat docks and plenty of friendly squirrels. And the downtown has many cute shops, stores and restaurants including coffee houses and wine bars.
