OP/TECH USA offers a unique solution to this potential problem with the System Connectors™--Lens Loops. These unique connectors support the camera from the point where it meets the lens, thereby reducing the stress on the camera's lens mount. They can be used with a OP/TECH USA's sling-style straps, or professional neck straps when used in conjunction with a set of System Connectors™--Extensions.
The System Connectors™--Lens Loops fit lens mounts up to 3 1/4" (8,2 cm) in diameter and feature a rubberized sleeve that protects the equipment's finish while preventing slippage. It also keeps the camera's tripod socket free for use without having to be removed. The System Connectors™--Lens Loops come in pairs so photographers have a choice of male or female connection options. They can be used individually or in conjunction with other The System Connectors™ for added security.
