As we stay consistent with our meal prep journey, we also create ways to save even more time using multiple kitchen appliances at the same time. This makes cooking easier and saves us a load of time.
Two meals in the oven, two on the stove saves serious time.
These meals and cooking methods focus on simple repeatable dishes intended for busy week and beginner meal preppers.
Dinner Meals for this week
1. Brown Chicken Stew - Easiest to make & a staple in our diet.
2. Chili @ 1:35 - one of my husband's favorite comfort foods
3. Oven Baked Seabream @ 3:35 stuffed with sage, rosemary & lemon & a baked potato on the side. All in one pan
4. Oven-baked Seabass topped with a mixture of caramelized onions, steamed spinach and steamed tomatoes
Lunch Veggies
1. Roasted Zucchinis & Sweet Peppers Prepped @7:46 & Roasted @10:46
2. Sateéd Butter Garlic Radish & Okra @ 9:19
Lunch Proteins
1. Airfryer Salmon Pieces @ 10:33
2. Panfried ground Chicken @ 10:55
These cooked simultaneously
Using the oven, stove top and airfryer together makes meal prep even faster, less stressfull and more sustainable long-term.
You simply has to workout your menu in such a fashion because when you save time you'll feel more motivated and encouraged to meal prep which results in a consistent sustainable, doable habit.
