in this video I am showing you how to make a solid fuel forge from auto parts you can get for mostly free or at a very low cost. I'm talking like $30 - $50 at the most, assuming you have a welder of some type. you'll see that i chose a brake rotor and a wheel hub for the fire pot section, the air flow tube is a 3" diameter steel tube, and finally the blower manifold is a chunk of smaller steel tube i had laying around, its about 1 1/2" diameter. And i weld it all together with the Chicago electric FCAW from Harbor freight.
