Today I am sharing a home reset as an autistic person. Sharing my experience with over working and why it is so important to do things like cleaning your space at your own pace to not get burnt out and reduce meltdowns. Even if you aren't on the spectrum I believe this video is a reminder to slow down and take rest when you need to that way your goals do not come at the expense of your health.

I'll also be sharing my thoughts on the new autistic barbie and why I think representation even if it doesn't look like every autistic person is so important and leads to autism acceptance.
