Queso dip recipe: (split in half and add 1/2 pound chorizo for meat version)
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium onion
2 jalapeños
2 Fresno chilis
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
4 oz fontina cheese
4 oz cheddar cheese
1 12 oz can evaporate milk
3 diced Roma tomatoes
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
Green onions, cilantro, and tomato for garnish
