Having acquired my first PC back in the mid-90s I excitedly ventured to PC World and purchased a couple of games. Full Throttle caught my eye; a point n' click adventure with endearing graphics. The other was Fade To Black with its lush box art and developed by Delphine who were consistently high quality on the Amiga. Being the sequel to Flashback was also a big attraction.

The graphics are great for 1995, along with the cutscenes. My friends and I were well impressed. Atmospheric tunes as well.

The camera angle sometimes changes giving the wrong perspective but in general it's not too bad. There's a few tilts of the hat towards Terminator 2 especially towards the end. Who didn't enjoy that movie!

Apologies if this playthrough is a little slow. It was 29 years since last played and I didn't want to overlook anything, the context and storylines are important for me. The death cutscenes are neat and a few are included.

This appears to be the only PC longplay. I'll always have a soft nostalgic spot for this and Full Throttle.
