Today I'm going to cover a build guide for Shiko, Paragon of the Way a NEW Dragon from Tarkir Dragonstorm. The theme for this one is centered around blinking dragons and using Shiko's Ability to recur those blink spells and other cheap cards we pitch to looting effects. Should create for some fun shenanigans and powerful combos.
