Ingredients
3-4 eggplants
3-4 potatoes
100 ml ILIADA Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & fresh pepper
For the ground meat:
700g. ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tbs tomato paste
1 glass of red wine
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
100 ml ILIADA Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 all spice corns
Salt & fresh pepper
For the bechamel sauce:
1l milk 3,5%
150g butter
170g all-purpose flour
2 pinches nutmeg
100g gruyere, grated
