Il finale di stagione è stato magnifico. E' stato come una fine di un era, un era che si era creata con Rick che si svegliava dal coma fino ad arrivare ad ora, la morte di Carl è stata la morte più importante dello show e quello che gli autori hanno cercato di farci capire è stato qualcosa di incredibile, per 8 stagioni abbiamo visto Carl che portava suo padre a ritrovare se stesso e a mostrargli la via verso il futuro, verso il nuovo mondo, un mondo dove non bisogna più preoccuparsi di vivi e di morti, un mondo di pace.
