PROSTHESIS UNCOVERED First Look At My All Pro BKA Prosthetic Leg. Don't do this!

Описание: Today I am showing an up-close dissection of my prosthesis! I have not ever taken the shoe off my prosthetic leg, and I am curious what it looks like. This is the only prosthesis I have had since my elective amputation on July 2, 2021.

First, I have to drive to have my test socket adjusted. My prosthetic leg is too tight, and my knee cap is getting moved when I walk. My prosthetist heated up the plastic, and as I stepped into it, it made room for my growing calf muscle.

It is important to find a clinic that makes a test socket first. Your limb will change, and they need to adjust your socket to make it comfortable. Some clinics just add fillers like socks and silicone to your initial socket calling it your final socket.

I have the AllPro foot. The All Pro is an everyday wear foot, unlike a running blade. With the All-Pro, I have the adaptability to walk slowly, quickly, or even jog if needed. It is a well-rounded all-purpose, high activity foot, perfect for a busy mom like myself!
