The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) has released dashcam footage of deputies encountering fugitive Michael Burham for the first time in Huger.
Burham, 34, was wanted by the FBI on rape and kidnapping charges. He was also a suspect in the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Kala Hodgkin, in Jamestown, New York. A manhunt for Burham in the Lowcountry began on May 21 and concluded with his capture on May 24.
