Описание: Frank Alexander is a former college baseball player turned certified physical trainer. As a member of Yankees head team physician Christopher Ahmad's Team Ahmad, Frank is responsible for history taking, evaluation of throwing athletes, patient education, and post-operative care and instruction, such as removing sutures and seeing patients in the recovery room. Frank is also part of the Baseball Health Network, based in Bergen County. He joined Jim Monaghan on WDHA's "Jersey Magazine" to talk about athletic injuries and the stress they can put not only on an athlete's physical wellbeing, but his mental health as well.
