Today we ride the North Branch Trail Paved Bike Path, which starts in Chicago and follows the North Branch of the Chicago River all the way up to the Skokie Lagoons in Glencoe near the Chicago Botanic Garden, where we loop around and head back to Chicago. The trail encompasses Chicago, Glenview, Morton Grove, Niles, Northbrook, Northfield, Skokie, and Winnetka.

Distance: 36 miles (57 km).
Recorded on Friday, August 26, 2022, in a late summer evening.

This video features no music, only the binaural audio recorded during the ride. I go through great lengths to get quality ambient sounds, but if that's not your thing, feel free to listen to your own music and podcast while you ride along.
